Following the recent takeover of REAL hypermarket obligations in Poland, Groupe Auchan has signed a new lease to remain in Karolinka and Pogoria Shopping Centres. The shopping centres are owned by the BlackRock Europe Property Fund III, part of BlackRock's real estate business.
